Delivery & Returns
Delivery in the UK.
By the UK, we mean mainland UK, the Highlands & Islands, the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland.
We use our best endeavours to ensure your items are dispatched by 4pm the same working day if your order is placed by 3pm, or the next working day for orders placed thereafter.
As standard, all orders are conveyed via Royal Mail's Tracked 48 hour service. You will receive notification and a tracking link once your order is despatched. We do not guarantee that orders will be delivered within 48 hours.
Orders are dispatched at 4pm Monday to Friday. During busier periods dispatches may also be made on Saturdays.
Large orders may be sent instead by either Parcelforce or UPS.
Delivery outside the UK.
We do not despatch to non UK addresses at the present time.
Delivery timescales
For U.K. mainland addresses, we aim to deliver your order within two working days from order.
For addresses in Northern Ireland, The Highlands & Islands and The Channel Islands please allow 3 days for delivery.
Deliveries are not made on national holidays and Sundays.
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you on your completed order.
We always endeavour to ensure delivery within the specified period. However, we will not be held liable for any delay in you receiving the items for whatever reason.
Orders are processed with all possible speed; if you have not received your goods within 7 days, please contact us quoting your order number.
Returns and refunds
Upon receipt of your order, if you believe that the items do not conform substantially to their corresponding description, you must inform us within seven days of receipt of the order. After this period, we will deem you to have accepted the items.
If you request a refund, we will refund you within 48 hours of receiving the returned products, which must be returned to us in good condition and at your own expense via a tracked delivery service.
Incorrect product delivered
If this happens, for whatever reason, please let us know at hello@naturalandnoble.co.uk and we will send you the correct item out the same or next working day, free of charge.
Cancellation of orders
If either party cancels an order prior to dispatch and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund within 72 hours.
